You can view and download your sales receipt by following these steps:

Log in to your account on our website.

Go to “My Orders” or “Order History”.

Click on the order you want the receipt for.

You'll see an option to view or download the receipt/invoice.

We also email a copy of your receipt to you as soon as your order is confirmed. If you can't find it or need help, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Due to the perishable nature of our fish and seafood products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if the product does not meet our quality standards.

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

We do our best to restock popular items as quickly as possible. However, availability can depend on several factors, especially for perishable products like fish:

• Fresh/Frozen Fish: Restocks depend on seasonal availability and supplier inventory.

• Specialty or Limited Products: These may not always be restocked once sold out.

If you’re interested in a specific item:

• Click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page (if available).

• Or contact our customer support to inquire about restock timelines.

We currently offer two types of delivery based on your location:

• Within Dhaka City: Home delivery is available directly to your doorstep.

• Outside Dhaka (Other Districts): Orders are shipped via SA Paribahan. You will need to collect your package from your nearest SA Paribahan branch.
